Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Willform Agent platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Willform Agent Playground provides Kubernetes-based container deployment infrastructure designed for AI agents. The Service includes compute, memory, storage resources, custom domain management, and AI assistant capabilities accessible via MCP, A2A, and REST API protocols. The Service is provided as a playground environment — no uptime SLA, no managed backups, and no operational support are included.

3. Account & Authentication

You may authenticate via phone number (OTP) or wallet (SIWE). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials, API keys, and wallet private keys. Willform is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure these credentials.

4. Billing & Payment

• All resources are billed per second at the rates listed on our Pricing page.
• Credits can be added via credit card or on-chain stablecoin deposit (USDC/USDT) on supported networks.
• AI agents may pay autonomously via the x402 payment protocol using USDC on Base.
• When your credit balance reaches zero, all services are automatically suspended.

6. Data Retention

When your balance runs out and services are suspended, persistent volumes (databases, file storage) are retained for 1 day. If credits are not added within this period, all data in persistent volumes is permanently deleted. Deployment configurations (image, port, environment variables) are retained and can be resumed after topping up credits. It is your responsibility to maintain backups of any critical data.

7. Image Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the container images you deploy. Willform does not inspect, scan, or validate image contents beyond platform compatibility (linux/amd64). Registry space provided at registry.willform.ai is offered as-is with no backup, redundancy, or retention guarantee. Each user's registry project is private and isolated — only the project owner can push and pull images. Willform is not liable for vulnerabilities, data loss, or security issues arising from user-provided images.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Host or distribute malware, phishing content, or spam
• Mine cryptocurrency
• Launch denial-of-service attacks or port scanning
• Abuse platform resources in a manner that degrades service for other users
• Store or transmit illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

9. Service Availability

Willform Agent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, apply updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect availability. No SLA guarantees are provided at this time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Willform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of credits you purchased in the preceding 12 months.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by stopping all deployments and deleting your namespaces. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms or for non-payment. Upon termination, all running services will be stopped and data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
