All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds.
No Refunds on Credits
All credit purchases and deposits made on the Willform Agent platform are final and non-refundable. This applies to:
- Credits purchased via credit card
- On-chain stablecoin deposits (USDC / USDT)
- x402 autonomous agent payments
- Signup credits
Credits cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn as cash.
Why No Refunds
Willform Agent uses per-second billing with no minimum commitment. You only pay for the exact compute, memory, and storage your deployments consume while running. You can stop all services at any time to prevent further charges.
We recommend starting with a small amount to evaluate the Service before adding more credits.
Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] and we will review your account. This does not guarantee a refund.
